Through a fortuitous encounter, I had my first taste of Italian espresso. Its bittersweet flavor struck a chord within me. I asked the barista why the other coffee cups were larger while mine was small. With a smile, the barista replied, “You’re having espresso.” The aroma of coffee lingered, the bitterness accompanying me.
Stepping into the coffee shop again, I ordered a latte, its rich and delightful taste with fresh milk won me over. Whenever I stroll around, I always find myself longing to taste a latte in a coffee shop.
Gradually, I fell in love with coffee. My coffee journey began with a latte from Apacaba Coffee, soon becoming a daily ritual. Initially, as a coffee enthusiast, I wasn’t fond of the acidity, but unknowingly, I grew fond of black coffee.
In pursuit of enhancing coffee’s flavor, I purchased a coffee roaster from abroad and enrolled in coffee roasting courses, exploring the best roasting methods. I deeply understand the significance of coffee bean quality in determining its taste, hence traveling far and wide to select premium coffee bean suppliers. The texture and aroma of coffee are captivating. As a barista, brewing exquisite latte art for customers to savor, witnessing their contentment, brings me joy.
Sweet like love, bitter like life, coffee itself is a journey of life, not to be measured but to be felt.
